The TIR series insertion plastic/316 stainless steel paddle wheel flow meter has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement in tough industrial applications.
The TIR insertion flow meter is a blind unit that provides a pulse, open-collector, (Hall-effect) output and/or a blind 4-20mA output. It is internally equipped with a mini LED screen that allows the user to easily set their 4 and 20mA set points through the use of push-buttons.

The re-engineered low-drag, fluid-dynamic design of the chemical paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry’s most accurate flow meter.
The paddle wheel assembly consists of an engineered Tefzel® paddle and micro-polished zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. High performance Tefzel® and Zirconium materials have been selected due to their excellent chemical and wear resistant properties.
