Clack WS3 — 3-Inch Electronic Water Treatment Control Valve
The Clack WS3 is an automatic control valve for commercial and industrial water softeners and backwashing media filters. It features an epoxy-coated, lead-free brass body, 3-inch threaded connections, a DC drive, and a one-piece expanding seal/spacer stack assembly. Top-mount and side-mount configurations accommodate different treatment vessel arrangements. Clack Corporation
The electronic controller provides up to nine programmable regeneration cycles, with adjustable cycle sequences and durations. Regeneration can be initiated by metered water usage, a time-clock schedule, or a remote input. The blue-backlit display provides operating information, including flow rate, water usage, remaining capacity, and days until regeneration, together with diagnostics and operating history. Controls and System Integration
The current WS3 control platform supports networking of up to 16 valves for alternating, progressive-flow, and series system configurations. Modbus RS485 communication supports integration with building automation systems.
