M-Z Controls M55 Series Three-Piece Ball Valves
The M-Z Controls M55 Series is a versatile line of full-port, three-piece ball valves engineered for dependable flow isolation in general industrial and chemical-processing applications. Its full-port design minimizes flow restriction and pressure drop, making the M55 well suited for process piping, chemical feed systems, water-treatment equipment, industrial utilities, and automated skid systems.
The three-piece swing-out body allows convenient in-line inspection and maintenance without removing the valve’s end connections from the piping system. An investment-cast body, blowout-proof stem, reinforced seating options, and durable stainless-steel trim provide reliable operation in demanding service conditions.
M55 Series valves are available in sizes from 1/4 inch through 4 inches with CF8M stainless-steel or WCB carbon-steel body construction. A wide selection of threaded and welded end connections makes the valve adaptable to new installations, equipment packages, and replacement applications.
